Terms of sale

1. OFFER AND AGREEMENT

The offer is considered binding when the customer has accepted and paid the respective order.
All offers are subject to prior sale.
Typographical errors and sold-out items are reserved.
Any changes to the order, including cancellation, can only be made with an agreement from Danlamp.
Orders can be placed through Danlamp’s webshop, by phone at +45 74 62 22 66, or via email at sales@danlamp.dk. Danlamp reserves the right to provide individual offers.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices on Danlamp.com are exclusive of delivery but include VAT and taxes.
For consumer and trade purchases in Denmark, a 25% VAT is applied.
For consumer purchases within the EU, VAT of 25% is applied, but not for trade purchases.
Purchases outside the EU are not subject to VAT, both for consumer and trade purchases.
All prices are stated per product.
The following payment options can be used: Dankort; VISA; Mastercard; Maestro; JCB.
Other payment options must be agreed upon with Danlamp.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery takes place from Danlamp A/S in Aabenraa. Delivery is considered complete when the delivery is handed over to the carrier.
Unless otherwise agreed, the item will be shipped 1-4 days after ordering.
Delivery is made to the specified address unless otherwise agreed.
For packages that are not collected or where the instructions of the freight company are not followed for pickup or redelivery, Danlamp reserves the right to charge the customer for the actual handling and return shipping costs.
Danlamp has fixed delivery costs: Denmark 10.00 EUR, Europe 17.00 EUR. Rest of the world 0-5kg 35.00 EUR; 5-8kg 55.00 EUR.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14 days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the ordered item.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer must return the purchased items in the same condition as received.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
The package must not be sent by cash-on-delivery when returning the purchased item.

5. DEFECTS / COMPLAINTS

  • Deficiencies or errors in a delivery must be reported within a reasonable time after the deficiency/error is discovered.
  • Buyers typically have a 24-month warranty from the time of delivery.
  • Danlamp is entitled to rectify the defect if this can be done within a reasonable time. Changes or alterations to the delivered item exempt Danlamp from any obligation.
  • To exercise the warranty, it is a condition that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
  • In the case of a defective item, the item’s amount will be credited, or new items will be sent with the next order.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, riots, civil unrest, government intervention, or intervention by other public authorities, strikes, lockouts, import/export interventions, non-delivery from suppliers, or other force majeure events beyond the seller’s control, seller is exempt from liability.

7. JURISDICTION

Any legal disputes are resolved in the ordinary courts and governed by Danish law.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Danlamp is responsible for the processing of personal information provided in order to become a customer and conduct transactions on Danlamp.dk. Likewise, the information is used to evaluate, contract, and execute the delivery.
